Bio/CV: 
As part of the Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education, Anthony coordinates strategic projects that enrich undergraduate education and the student experience at UC Berkeley. He has over fifteen years of experience at public universities, including UCLA, University of Wisconsin-Madison, Free University Berlin, and UC Berkeley. Anthony is a former Robert Bosch Foundation Program Fellow, where he focused on U.S. and German student mobility trends within a transatlantic context, and the internationalization of Germany's higher education system.
Anthony holds an M.Ed. in Counseling & Student Affairs and a M.A. in Asian American Studies from UCLA, along with a B.A. in English from UC Berkeley. He is an alumnus of the College of San Mateo and is a board member of the San Mateo County Community Colleges Foundation.
